2018 Pokémon Japanese Sun & Moon Promo - Yokohama's Pikachu #280/SM-P - Near Mint

Yokohama's Pikachu #280/SM-P is the first of four SM-P promo cards released as part of the Riding on the Sea Breeze campaign, celebrating the reopening of Pokémon Center Yokohama from Landmark Plaza to Marui City Yokohama on November 9, 2018.

This card was one of two promos distributed exclusively through the Pokémon Center Yokohama Special Box, a Japan-only product available only at the reopening event itself, making it one of the most location-specific and supply-constrained Pikachu promos in the entire SM-P series. The artwork, illustrated by Saya Tsuruta, depicts Mild Pikachu on a small submarine against a white and blue star-patterned background with the Pokémon Center Yokohama logo, bringing the coastal city's maritime identity directly into the card's visual language.

The full Riding on the Sea Breeze campaign comprised four SM-P promos across two distribution methods: #280/SM-P and #281/SM-P were available exclusively in the Pokémon Center Yokohama Special Box on opening day, while #282/SM-P was given to customers visiting the store between November 9 and December 2, 2018, and #283/SM-P was distributed to customers who purchased eligible items from any Pokémon Center, Pokémon Store, or the Pokémon Center Online during the same period. No English version of any card in this set was ever produced, and none have been reprinted.
