Pokémena Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Pokémon Trading Card Game Products
Due to the nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game products and the high risk of fraudulent activity, we regretfully cannot accept returns for these items.
Eligibility for Returns
For non-Pokémon TCG products, to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@pokemena.com. Approved returns must be sent to the address provided on the return shipping label or through one of our designated logistics partners. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@pokemena.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly. Note that we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item to ensure the fastest resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@pokemena.com
